About The Safari

Discover the untamed beauty of Meru National Park, a hidden gem in eastern Kenya known for its remote wilderness, lush landscapes, and diverse wildlife. Spanning over 870 square kilometers, this pristine park features 13 rivers, acacia woodlands, and open savannas, offering an authentic Kenya safari experience away from the crowds. Famous for its Big Five sightings—including lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos—Meru is also home to rare species like the Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe. Ideal for adventurers seeking seclusion, the park’s dramatic scenery, including Adamson’s Falls and rhino sanctuaries, provides excellent opportunities for photography and nature immersion. The best time to visit Meru National Park is during the dry season from June to October, when wildlife congregates around water sources for optimal viewing.
